Yes, as pioneers of the 3 Year Guarantee, customer satisfaction is critical. PTS will guarantee to eliminate termites indicated on your termite report.

Q.	What are your rates?
NO SUBCONTRACTING allows us to provide better rates by eliminating the middleman. Free estimates for any termite treatment. Inspection fees vary dependendant on size an age. Fumigations and soil treatments vary greatly dependent on more factors than can be listed.

Q.	Do you offer any guarantees?
3 Years on fumigations and complete soil treatments with an option of renewing annualy for the life of the property for a small renewal fee. There is a 1 Year Guarantee for local treatments with no option for renewal.

Q.	If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
Services are performed on a basis of active infestations, in paticular retreatments. No recommended service should be skipped.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
This varies tremendously based on many factors. The average treatment is 2-4 hours.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
It is dependent on the various conditions and other factors at your property. It could last as little as a few days or as many as several years.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
Any pesticide use can be harmful not only to pets but humans as well. Most pesticide poisoning is done by the homeowners and the misapplication of pesticides in and around the home. Our licensed and trained technicians will apply materials according to the manufacturer's label.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with liability, vehicle and workmans comp insurances and our employees are bonded. Certificates of insurance are available upon request
