Details: I live in a rented, *-bedroom Manhattan apartment. Some walls do not get painted because they are either covered with tile (bathroom), have floor-to-ceiling mirrors, or built-in formica bookcases. However, one wall in the living room has a built-in wood bookcase that should be painted and treated like the rest of the room. Special attention should be given to woodwork around the windows, window sills, steam pipe (bathroom), * radiators, a pair of metal french doors (corroded inside and out), etc. I would like * coats of Benjamin Moore paint, washable wherever possible. I expect the painters to move furniture away from the walls and to return it to the original placement; the same holds true for minor wall accessories and for venetian blinds. I would expect the whole job to take no more than * days.

Details: We painted the ceiling and living room ourselves; ceiling needs to be repainted - second coat to cover even (shows uneven areas when standing in kitchen looking at living room). Also painted the walls/trim, but they are fine, so would need to be covered. Live in a townhome - looking to have a professional paint the stairway/hallway to second floor - up to skylight - very tall. And second floor open area. Ceiling downstairs is probably an area of *** sq. ft. Total townhome is *** sq ft if that gives you an idea.

Details: I have a small hallway that need to be completed.
