The company was founded in 1985 by Michael Borrico and has been involved in the interior construction industry of high end residential and commercial projects. The company performs work on over 50 projects each year. Recent notable projects include Morimoto, which was designed by Pritzker winning architect Tadao Ando, and Exline Residence which was designed by New York architect Guillermo Gomez.
