In addition to manufacturers warranties, My Window Guy warranties all labor and materials for 1 year from the date of installation completed. We stand by our warranty to provide complete customer satisfaction on our work and the product(s).

Q.	Do you provide free estimates?
My Window Guy will be happy to schedule, at your convenience, a free estimate with our friendly sales experts who can demo our product samples for you and answer any questions you may have concerning your project.

Q.	Do you offer payment or financing plans?
My Window Guy is proud to offer financing for qualified buyers through our financing division. Please give 3 days to two weeks lead time, depending on buyer approval in addition to the normal lead time to order your custom windows and/or doors.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
My Window Guy gives you a flat rate quote on windows and door installation. This includes removing the old existing windows/doors, installing the new, trimming and materials, removing the old windows/doors.

Q.	Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
My Window Guy hires the best installers to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. While we welcome the enthusiasm to help, we want to guarantee the work is completed standards and codes.

Q.	How does the building process work?
My Window Guy carefully removes your existing windows and/or doors, installs the new, and removes the old debris. We then finish trim and caulking to ensure a tight seal and a finished look.

Q.	How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
An average My Window Guy window/door removal and installation normally can take 1-2days depending on the complexity of the project.

My Window Guy is a division of Arnitech Construction, LLC licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
