We guarantee our services for up to thirty days after a treatment. Of course, this does not apply in instances where poor sanitation or obvious structural defects are supporting the pest problem. |

We try to respond to service issues within 24 hours or less. Simply call our office and we will reschedule a return visit. |

The reason you are not seeing pests is because of your ongoing pest control services. Our programs allow for varying service schedules, but do not allow our customers to skip scheduled services. |

Service time at each site varies according to the pest, whether this is a first service visit or part of an ongoing service schedule. Generally, residential service calls are about thirty minutes. |

Longevity of treatments are directly affected by exposure to sunlight, water and other factors. Generally, you can expect most treatments to last about 30 days. |

We provide quarterly inspection visits that generally take about 30 minutes. We inspect each Sentricon station looking for termite activity. No other termite service provides ongoing inspections. |

The Sentricon System continues to protect your home as long as you continue to employ our service. Unlike liquid treatments that start to lose their potency immediately after going into the ground, Sentricon continues to work as well as the day it was installed. |

Sentricon will not harm pets. Liquid treatments can contaminate, but Sentricon cannot. |

Our warranty provides that we will continue to protect your home from termite invasion and damage from the date of treatment and from every anniversary date thereafter, upon payment of the annual renewal fee that is billed to your one month prior to the anniversary treatment date. |
